


The new version of the extension, Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) (referred to as KOFF) provides also the option of managing accounts in offline mode (when it is not possible to connect to the mailserver). 1 KOC versus KOFF The first generation of Kerio Outlook Connector (referred to as KOC) allowed to manage accounts only if there currently was an online connection between the client and the server. The objective of this document is to help mailserver administrators deploy their Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) smoothly as well as to briefly focus on differences between both Kerio Technologies extensions for Microsoft Outlook (referred to as Outlook in this document). This new generation product, called Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition) enables Microsoft Outlook users to manage their accounts also when they are offline and it is not possible for them to connect to Kerio Connect.
